Will it be at "Pending review" status again after I edit a online status file?

Will it be at "Pending review" status again after I edit and submit some changes at my music track which already at "online" status?
I just want to know about that because if I edit like title or tagging, etc, I'm afraid that "pending review" status would takes days again.

How long does it take for the review process to happen, I uploaded some time lapses a while ago but didn't realize they had to be reviewed.

It took 5 days for my first music to become "online" status from "pending review" status. They say it depends on the workload of Pond5 like 1-30 days but even if the file is at "online" status , it is not yet at the market, they need to add it to the database for indexing. My file was already at "online" status since last 36 hours ago but I can't search it at the search box yet.
