432Hz Meditation Music
(2359)The healing power of music has been recognized by ancient cultures throughout the world. Over the years, they have amassed a beautiful and diverse collection of traditional music and instruments. Interestingly, many of these instruments share common characteristics. Artifacts found at ancient sites, such as Tibetan bowls, Greek Pythagorean monochords, and ancient Egyptian flutes, have been found to be tuned to the frequency of 432 Hz. This phenomenon is not limited to musical instruments. Ancient prayer and meditation hymns such as the Tibetan prayer, the Christian Gregorian chant, and the Hindu mantra "Om" all incorporate 432 Hz in their chanting. Despite the lack of a globally standardized range, all of these cultures seem to have tended to use 432 Hz as the standard for their religious and meditative music. This suggests a natural recognition of the calming and healing effects of the 432 Hz frequency.
