Save and Submit to Review

After uploading the video on pond5, I can make the changes I need: description, price, and so on. At the very bottom the save button is lit in blue and the button is lit in yellow save and submit to review. but the yellow button doesn't work. The blue button works. And how can I submit my videos for review if the yellow button I need does not work, but is highlighted in yellow?

If anything, I sent my data for verification and passed it successfully. My account says:
Your ID has been approved!
Congratulations! Now that your ID has been approved you are able to submit your uploaded media to our curation team.

what i need to do? help me

I have this same problem and it has been driving me crazy! Literally unable to submit any clips for months now despite having dozens uploaded and tagged ready to submit.

I've tried everything — different browsers, ID verification, Tax Documents updated, toggling every option, change tags/description/pricing.

HELPPPP! Basically not able to use Pond 5 at this point and on the verge of giving up.

Have same issue. In the past if you added too many keywords, your description wasn't long enough or there was another type of omission it would not submit. I've looked at every field to ensure I'm meeting the 'submit' requirements and the button will not work.

I am having the same issue. I THINK they are all on holiday and have deactivated the submit button until they get back to the office.
