4K Clip Error Upload, Identical Formats Earlier Accepted

Hello. Has anyone had issues uploading 4K clips? I've receive a generic Error message without any detail as to what is wrong with my file. I was able to successfully upload 3 of the same formatted clips just before this last one.

It uploads all the way to 100% and then I get the error message.

the upload system doesn't work properly....it happens to me too...so many files don't go through and only god knows why....plus once a file doesn't go through if you want to reupload it you have to change the name...such waste of time!!!!

Usually small HD clips make it but they fail also far too often. 4K clips fail on a regular basis. Problem is the FTP program shows that they all transfer fine with no problem, it's a processing error on the P5 server side. No other agencies have this problem.

Thanks guys. Glad to know it's not something I am doing wrong. I sent a message to the Pond 5 team about this. Will reach out again and hopefully they will put some urgency behind fixing the issue.

Yup - I cannot upload my 4k with either FTP or just by uploading direct - HELP!

Yep, I can't get any file to upload, stills, HD or 4K. Happens every so often.

I have been working to upload anything at all for two days via drag and drop and ftp. Even simple stills are having critical errors. As far as I can tell nothing is getting in.

Hi folks - sorry for the slow reply, here. We're noting all technical information regarding the failed uploads that are cropping up more than usual right now and the tech team should have an update for us in the next few days. We're on the case - failed uploads happening this often is not normal.

Yup, I'm at a 10% fail to process rate.
