Corrupt codec?

Received message saying "corrupt codec" on several clips I just uploaded. This is the very same codec that I used for my last batch of 20 uploads, which were all accepted . Tried another codec...one I used to use for P5. 3 of those uploads also got labeled as having corrupt codec. They were all loaded as .mov files. Any suggestions?

Why not contact support@pond5.com as none of us have any why nor do we know which codec you used.

I have same problem and today can't upload anything

I have the same problem with audio files "coruppt video codec" since 3 days. I uploaded the files again and again and anytime it works. I contacted the support 2 days ago and waiting for answer.

Same here - over 400 files uploaded with same codec in last 6 months. All of a sudden it has stopped working with "corrupt video codec" error after upload.

Any new info on this? Still can't upload WAV - it's giving me the wrong video (!) codec message.

Still getting random rejections due to "corrupt codec" as well.

reporting the same thing problem, uploading Quicktime photo-jpegs if that helps anything? I can wait to upload to p5 but I'd rather index everything at the same time over multiple sites, not the end of the world though eh?
