Removing dust spots

Hi,
I recently shot some footage where dust spots are visible.
While in locked down videos it was relatively easy to solve, the same didn't happen when the camera was moving.
Does anyone know a technique, or software/plug-in (for windows - premiere) that can solve this?
It's been very hard to find any information on this.
Thanks.

In Premiere, I don't think it'd be possible. If anything, I'd try After Effects.
But even then, it'd be difficult, depending on the situation.

Best thing is to clean the dust from the sensor and shoot again.
I think even in after effects you would have to track the dust spots across the video it its moving.
Too much work for something that may or may not sell, at least thats the way I look at it.

You could clean it like this:

kidding...dont do that. :P
The http://help.adobe.com/en_US/AfterEffects/9.0/WS3878526689cb91655866c1103a9d3c597-7b85a.html
and use the Shift Pixels or clone, and you can get the spots.
It wont matter if the camera is locked down or if there is movement, just get pixels right next to the dust spot so its not noticable.

I've used Premiere to get rid of it using the masks and track mattes.
Like you said, if the camera is locked it isn't that bad, but if you are moving it is IMPOSSIBLE without doing it frame by frame .. unless there is a magic software plugin that helps.
I removed the dust from my sensor using the Sensor Swabs the other day, worked PERFECT.
