There are only bad thumbnails in the preview ribbon

Hi, I uploaded a video, but the thumbnail by default was trash. When I try to edit the video and choose any thumbnail from the preview ribbon, there are only the same trash pictures (colored lines and dots, but not the frames from the video).

Is it possible to download another thumbnail or choose the frame from the video, that is not in the preview ribbon of thumbnails?
