My first 4K format sold

For those wondering, 2K and 4K is basically a Super HD.

In a 4K frame you can fit 4 HD frames.

I know I could easily look this up but I don't feel like it, lol: Is the 4k standard supposed to be in a 16:9 ratio (4000x2250)? Because that's how I've been working it, someone please tell me if I'm wrong.

I did some searching and found out that there are several resolutions for 4k. From now on, I'm going to go with the Digital Cinema resolution. Its the resolution the Red One uses.

The reason most of us only upload clips in 1920 x 1080 is that post production houses are capable of down converting to what ever format they need . That also includes most consumers. Although it would be nice if P5 would down size clips for what ever size a customer needed to insure what they receive is of high quality.

Now the 2K's are selling as well... very cool!
