"Scheduled for Processing"

One of my uploaded files has not passed through to the "Needs Edit" stage.
It has been stuck in a "Scheduled for Processing" limbo, which can only be seen if I select "All" from the status dropdown menu, since yesterday.
When I hold my cursor over the label, a note pops up: "Please wait until your file has been processed by our system to start editing and submit to curator."
There is no way for me to delete the file and re-upload. In the meantime, I have uploaded over 100 similar files with no issues.
Does anyone have experience with this situation? How long did it take for the files to be passed along to the next stage?

It does happen, as you get used to uploading you will get the 'feel' if something isn't working correctly. Re upload the file, but change the file name (add a number) so the system doesn't think it is a duplicate. If you don't rename, the file will not appear on the system at all. Again this does happen occasionally.

@Pegasus2020 no worries, you will get used to the quirks at Pond5. Things do get 'stuck' from time to time :)

FYI --
I looked at the filename and I saw that one of the words had an "e" with an accent mark on it.
I replaced that letter with a plain "e," re-uploaded, and Voila! the file uploaded successfully.
The same word appears in the caption, and the system simply deleted the letter, so I typed it back in (without the accent) and the file went on to Pending.

@Pegasus2020 That's great news, no special characters, the Pond5 machine throws a wobbly if you use them, looking forward to seeing your work on here :)
