W8-BEN form

Hi
I'm a U.K Citizen living in the U.K and I believe I need to fill in an online W8-BEN Form so that I don't have to pay 30% tax as part of the agreement. Can anybody advise me where I can find this info on the website or how to go about it? I've looked and looked but I can't see anything.
