Newbie keywording questions

Hello, just keyworded my very first video files and I couldn't find the answers to the following in the FAQ...
* Should I add plurals of keywords? eg. bike, bikes
* Should I add as keywords the words already in the title and location fields?
* If the auto-keywording has already added suggestions like "no people" then do I still need to select these in the suggestions section?
* The tech data for my files shows no audio, but in the keywording screen the default for the Includes Audio field is still Yes, surely that can be set correctly automatically by Pond5?
