3d Skeleton ChiRunning

I would like a back view of a 3d skeleton running..with proper ChiRunning form.

The upper body from T12/L1 remains stationary with the exception of the arm swing which is a rear movement. Arms relaxed(close to body), bent at 90 degrees. Hands come back to ribs then elbows come back to ribs. Hands back to ribs, elbows come back to ribs..Back-Relax, Back-Relax. Loose, dangling movement from shoulder joint.

Highlight T12/L1 (12th Thorasic, 1st Lumbar vertebra). The spine rotates from this point and below. The pelvis rotates along with it, as the legs extend to the rear. The foot lands mid-foot under the knees. Feet are facing straight ahead, not splayed.

The entire axial support can be leaning forward a little bit (we lean with relaxed ankles to engage gravity as our source for propulsion). Shoulders, pelvis and ankles are in a straight line, knees are bent slightly.
