Web advertising question

I know a few of you guys get kick backs on your website adds and was wondering if anyone would be willing to share how they go about doing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Physics, do not think that adsense will help you much, You need a lot of traftic just to pay for a beer. I do not use adsense on my stock footage page. One thing is that it will post unrelated or ads of your competition since you do not control what is displayed. I do use adsense on my hobby tourism page 360puertorico.com. I still have to try BHphoto affiliate links.
