"Recent Sales" not as updated as "Financials"

hi there,
i notice when i'm checking to see if i've sold anything (which I do pretty much on the hour!) - my recent sales often don't show my MOST recent sale(s). I have to check "Financials" for the most up to date record.
Is there something I'm missing...or is there a reason for this lag.
Curious,

Rob,
Mine shows the current sales. Maybe its a cookie thing? Press f5 or maybe clear out your cache?

thanks Jake...I tried what you suggested but to no avail.

my Recent Sales are still not up to date with my "Financials" (which show 1 more sale than is reflected in Recent Sales). what's even weirder is that my "sales for October" show an amount that's even higher than what's reflected in my "Financials"?!!

I'll send a print screen of these pages to admins.

I just did some tests and it seems that it's a bug in the code. There is a memory cache of the things on your overview page because it's (potentially) a bit heavy on the database.

Anyway, when the payment batch is run, these memcache entries are deleted (and being recreated when the user needs them). Unfortunately only users who opted for seller email notification had these memcache entries deleted. I've fixed this so in the future these screens will be in sync.

Thanks for reporting this!

Best regards,
Marcus

In your financial page there is a pull down at the top which broken down by year and month back to Sept 2008.
Paha_L 7 Aug 2011 11:38
