can I sell video directly if I go exclusive on Pond 5

I am about to sign up and start contributing video to Pond 5 for the first time. Can someone tell me if I sign up to exclusive can I still use my own video in commercial projects that I get commissioned to make

As long as the clip you're using is not on P5, doesn't matter if you are Exclusive. It hasn't been uploaded to P5, you're free to do what you want with it

You can use your videos in your own projects.
You just can't sell the same video as exclusive here and elsewhere.

Thanks to both replies above. I don't think i made myself totally clear sorry about that. I sell still images from another library and with the still images I can list them as exclusive to that distributor but I can still sell the same image from my own web site. Is this the same for video on Pond 5 For example if I upload a video onto P5 then I want to use the same video clip in a project I have been paid to produce can I do so, or do I effectively have to buy it back to myself from P5. I think that is what you are saying isn't it JHDT Productions ?

How you get around using a video elsewhere you've already uploaded to your P5 exclusive account "legally" in the eyes of P5 is best asked of P5 customer support. You're splitting a lot of fine hairs here asking us

I mean, isn't the whole idea of "exclusive" in P5's eyes is you can't do what you're asking?

If you're that active licensing clips to other commercial projects, why even upload anything here?
