Video with no movement at all

On doing some searches here I notice a lot of videos that have no movement of any kind, not even leaves blowing in the breeze. They look no different than a digital photo. So my questions.
1. Are they selling?
2. As often as video clips that have definate movement?
3. Are great scenic clips of things like ruins or mountains that have no movement visible ok to submit or are they a waste of time on a video site.
I've taken lots of these kinds of clip too, so please don't take this as a negative, just a question on viability and sellability.
Thanks

Absolutely no movement at all? I doubt that... Sometimes the movement is VERY subtle, but it is there. And even if you don't really see it, the clip is different from just repeating the same photo frame over and over.
I have a clip of train tracks where the only movement is the flirring in the air. You can hardly see that in the preview. But it has sold (not here though).
As for scenics - yes they sell. Not much, but they do.
Generally it's still way to early to deduct anything from sales. This business is still in its infancy.

I sold this one, and it's quite steady.
But somehow, I can always see the difference on tv when it's a photo or video, video looks different, though it's being kept steady. I also don't know why...
