Time flies: it's our year-and-a-month-aversery!

Well, it's been a year and a month since the launch of our public beta, so it's about time to celebrate!
Marcus and I came to the realization the other day that we didn't know when exactly the public beta was launched. Things were very frenetic back in those days, and they're even busier now, so that's our excuse (plus, neither of us is particularly good with dates). Fortunately, Pond5 - unlike the lovely women in our lives - doesn't get hung up on things like birthdays. ;-)
We checked the logs and it turns out that the first public beta users signed up on the 30th of March. So we hereby declare April 30 to be Pond5's year-and-a-month-aversery. (Queue noisemakers, fireworks, etc).
We're delighted with the progress Pond5 has made so far, and especially with our fantastic users, who've helped us to build something we're very proud of. Many many thanks to everyone who has participated, and here's to many more birthdays! (or year-and-a-month-days, or whatever...).

The best product in the world isn't really any good if nobody knows about it. And if you're waiting to get it perfect, then the wait will be forever.
Personally, I think your site is absolutely outstanding and is ready to take on the world.
