Sensitive clips

I have 6600 approved clips, but I see only 6597 clips inside my portfolio.

Last approved clips (Dead dog):
33299832 Status: Online
33299833 Status: Online

But, I do not see these clips inside my portfolio and I do not see these clips in Pond 5 search.

What happened?

Those clips were marked sensitive so they won't show up among search results unless the explicit filter is turned off. That's the only reason they are not there when you look of them since they are online.

Where explicit filter is? I can not find it.
What should I do?

I have similar situation - the clips are online but I can't find them in my portfolio and in pond5 search. These are clips with open wound on the leg like this one: open wound on the leg

Pond5 responded to me: you can find it under the magnifying glass icon after you search for something. For example you search for your clips and hot Search and then on the result page you can see in the top left corner that there is an icon (magnifying glass). When you click on that a panel appears with many options to tick or untick.

Search for a term in your videos.

When you get the results look for the little orange "magnifying glass" just to the left of your search terms.

This brings up the advanced options where you can tick to allow sensitive content in your results.

I know - if you go to the artist forum there is a discussion about "removing the annoyances of V2" - perhaps you could highlight this in that thread?

Yes HDVMaster, I am from Poland. Your clips are cool as well - lots of useful clips for film production.
