How much, on average, are people earning by selling their audios? Any ballpark number?

ita kind of hard to tell on avarage how much people make on pond5. What I can say to you is that is a volume game. The more tracks the more the algorythm of pond5 spreads your track and the better the quality the higher is the chance of your tracks being purchased, so you have to have those two factors in mind. You will hear from people making sporadic gains and people who make constant sells. Its really hard to give you a number. At first focus on growing the volume of your page with quality tracks and make three versions out of each track a 15 sec, 30 sec and 1 min and if its longer upload the original version too.
