Why I can`t find the withdraw button? Something is wrong?

Hello dear colleagues. I have 95$, I want to withdraw them on paypal. Can`t fin the withdraw button?! What`s happening?!!

Hover the mouse over your username top right and select account
Make sure the box is ticked
"Send out a payment when the balance is over $ 25.00. Payments are sent out on the 15th of each month. "
Obviously you need to make sure you select Paypal and put in your Paypal E-mail address
