How long til photos get in database?

Ok I'm new to this board, forgive me if I don't have the answers, couldn't find it on the site..
I posted photos a couple days ago and it's now "pending review" I also made it so that pond5 sets the price to the shots.

How long before this gets in the database?

I have had clips appear in search results and even be purchased within 24 to 48 hours after I upload them, it is possible.

but on average it takes 3 days to 2 weeks to be approved, and another 2 to 7 days to appear in search results by keyword.
