No problem.
So they want actual footage from the 30's or 40's? OK, I wish you luck finding that.
The props I used are from the 40's just FYI
2 seconds, yeah they won't accept anything shorter than 5 seconds. I guess you could edit to get just want you want and put some effects in to make it look old.

Good luck with your hunt. At least I have these in my portfolio now. I specialize in period video so they will come in handy.
