Video 4k auto downsize to HD... is it happening yet?

I'm reading conflicting reports...
In Pond5 help it says:
In What Formats Are Downsized 1080HD Files Provided To Buyers?
All downsized items are provided in h264, .MOV, and Pro Res 422.MOV format (Upon downloads).
Yet, in the forums, it seems that there is currently no auto downsize of 4k footage to HD.
Unfortunately, after reading the Pond5 help message above, I just deleted a group of my HD clips as I'm uploading the 4k versions. Am I going to have to upload the HD versions and tag them again?
What are people doing if 4k auto downsizing to HD is not happening? Uploading and tagging both?

Auto downsizing from 4K to HD has been happening for a few weeks now.

Awesome! Great to hear! Why doesn't Pond5 notify any of their video contributors of this? Or did I miss the announcement?

It's in a bunch of different threads. A lot of talk about the pricing structure.
