FTP Upload Problem

Critical error: Could not connect to server


This error is keep on coming on FileZilla... i'm filling details areas follows

host - ftp.pond5.com
username - (my username)
password - (my password)
Port - (Blank/Empty)

please help!

Hi! have you set a separate ftp-password for your account https://www.pond5.com/ja/index.php?page=my_profile&what=ftp(it can't be the same as your login password)?
