XP Pro64 unable to preview clips!

I've reinstalled the Flash Player multiple
times for both IE and Firefox, but none of
the clips on Pond5 are recognized, and I
still get the you need Flash Player error
message.

I can view flash based movies on other sites.
Any ideas would be welcome, as I had ideas
of submitting footage myself at some point
in time.

Hi,

Sorry about your problems. Could you please what firefox shows on https://www.pond5.com/ja/index.php?page=sysinfo&what=all&pf_fullscreen=1?

Best regards,

Hi, Marcus!

I also can't preview clips. For example, in Pond5 front page I drag mouse over the thumbnail and nothing happens - only the message 'Loading...' in an empty box is showing.

I tried with Firefox and IE. I work on Windows XP.

P.S. via PM I can mail to you the (https://www.pond5.com/ja/index.php?page=sysinfo&what=all&pf_fullscreen=1) if you like.

Sorry about that, should be fixed now.

Rewriting some parts of the framework at the moment. Could I blame that I've had a stomach flu that only allowed me to drink two mugs of coffee instead of the usual liter? ;-P

Best regards,
Marcus

Hi, Markus!

2 mugs of coffee helped - now all previews work OK, as usual.
