How to link to Pond5 from my website?

I'm building a new website and I want to link to my pond5 portfolio so that the visitors can purchase my royalty free tracks if they like them, but my portfolio does not return any results, there's literally no files showing up on the link to my profile. How can I get around this?

have you received email from pond5 regarding your ID?
If not, contact support by email or phone.
In any case, have your website ready as much as you can.

Nah man, My ID's ok, I submitted long time ago. I have a problem with none of my files showing in my "popular files" section. They are all online, I just can't link to my portfolio.

Petar, I checked and find that I have the same problem. It seems that site search is defaulting to "footage" for some reason, maybe a "feature?"

Try linking to this: http://www.pond5.com/music/1/artist:talekeeper_music.html

It won't show your profile, but it will show your portfolio. At least it did for me.

Then, I think I need to submit a service request.

Oh, this is awesome, thanks friend! I couldn't find this myself!

No problem. I submitted a request and already have a reply from Jonathan. He says it's a known problem and they're working on a fix.

I hope we will get the ability to arrange our popular items ourselves so we can showcase our best work first, that'd be awesome.
