Is "Upper Field First" Odd or Even?

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me. I'm using a Canon Vixia HFS10 NTSC AVCHD camcorder. When exporting, do I set the field dominance to "even" or "odd". Thanks, in advance, for any help that you can provide.

More then likely the field will be even but you check that out by looking in the properties of your clip and say either upper (even) or lower (odd).

Are you recording in 60i? If not, then it's progressive.

Then the fields are even.
