Footage review status - pending review - inquiry

I realize this topic has been posted on before, but searches I have done have been posts from earlier dates and I know things on the net change frequently so I would like to ask about this.

I uploaded some footage probably about a week ago and it is still pending review. Is there a pond5 contact for inquiring about footage statuses? some folks online said this process takes less than two weeks, others said it's longer.

Both are correct!

You can have footage take 5 weeks, or 1 hour ... usually between 1-2 weeks. Lots of variables.
