Forum does not let me edit post

I have tried and for the life of me cannot understand why when editing a forum post it will not allow me to submit, even after I have given a reason for the edit. The submit button stays faded out and not red. The only option I have to change is delete the whole post and start again. This happens in Google Chrome on my desktop as well as Safari on the ipad.

Tried entering in the reason for edit first and then editing the post and then clicking submit? I think that's how it goes.
