Upload System Needs HELP!!!!

So I try and load a batch of 97 clips 41 go through and then I try to upload the rest 57 or so 5 of those go through then I do a batch of 50 those fail half way through then I do batches of 10 clips which work for now. This is a total waste of my time and resources!! Please fix these issues the clips are fine as they all go through after numerous tries!
