some problem

I received items returned message.But I don't understand this sentence‘s mean :
"Besides a valid photo ID we now also require you to submit to us website links with your web presence. This websites or pages should show who you are and reflect your work as a motion graphics artist."
I have to have a personal website?
My English is very bad, do not understand the meaning of this sentence.

I received the same message, all you have to do is send again your ID photo and link to any portfolio or website that confirms you as an artist. (ie: behance.net)
