Aprrove with no notification message or email

Hi! I had few tracks approved, but I didn't get any notification to messages on pond5 or e-mail as it was earlier. It there something broken?

This is also happend to me twice but i dont think that it should be a Problem for us.
The Songs are approved.

i submitted a track on june 7th - i checked my account on june 16th and instead of saying "pending" next to the track it said "online" does this mean it's been approved? i never received a message or email notification.

Hello marcelcoulomb, yes, that's usually what it means. Just had a look at you page: is the track Lullaby Waltz for Music Box? If so, then it's published and available to buy.
