Duplicate keywords

It appears that the only duplicate keywords that are "automatically" removed are those listed in the main keyword block. I suggest that all keywords (words that are searched in all blocks) that are duplicate be removed from main keyword block. I suspect that is duplicate words in the place, location, top 5 and Keyword blocks were eliminated from the Keyword block, many clips would then fall into the under 25 word limit.
I guess all the blocks are searchable with equal power except the top 5. If duplicates were removed it may save a lot of review and revision of hundreds if not thousands of clip.
