I am doing a project for the Topeka Camera Club and since Kansas is known for the Wizard of Oz, I need a 10 to 20 second musical clip that gives/evokes the memory of watching that movie.

"Somewhere of the Rainbow" or "We're off the see the Wizard" are the two preferred styles.

So similar enough to evoke the memory, but different enough to not be a copyright issue.

I need it as soon as possible. So thanks.

No, I ended up begging EMI for a license to use a commercial song from one of their artists and finding a sympathetic ear.
