The Venus Flytrap (Dionaea muscipula) is possibly the world's best known carnivorous plant. All specimens within this collection were filmed in the wild. No greenhouse specimens. Its current distribution is naturally confined to one region on the planet, and that is within approximately a 75 mile radius of Cape Fear North Carolina, USA.
