How to get rid of Dupe Alert?

I uploaded a clip and had to delete it and replaced it with a new one.

After that, I cannot get rid of this message:

Dupe Alert: 1 of your recent uploads were flagged by our duplicate detector. Click here to see the filenames.

I clicked on the x and deleted it multiple times. However, each time, after the page was refreshed, the message reappear. How do i get rid of it?

I believe the report was referring to a different duplicate file when the page was refreshed. New dupes will generate a new error and the dupe report will appear again at every new instance of a dupe. Please check now, the report should be gone.

I still get the dupe alert banner, too, for files that are way old and have since been reviewed and approved. Clicking the X doesn't nothing to help.

I just ignore it.

Try clearing your cookies and refreshing the page.

All Pond5 cookies removed, logged out and logged back in, error is still there.

I've just learned to ignore it.

Seems to have cleared up. Must have just taken a little while. Thanks.

EDIT 2:
Spoke too soon. The dupe warning banner seems to show itself intermittently.

Hi all - thanks for keeping us informed of this issue. Again, this error message is *not* actually preventing your files from being uploaded. We're working on getting it to stop popping up, but in the mean time simply dismiss.

i keep seeing them as well.
