There is a massive backlog of over 1,1000 clips on one of the FTP servers. The three copies of your clip are probably waiting in the queue to be copied over.

Have you checked to see if the files are corrupted? Use MY UPLOADS to check. If you have FTP software, log in and delete the bad files. Try re-loading. Usually does it. All my files uploaded via FTP appear within 30 - 1 hr.

Yes, the https://www.pond5.com/ko/index.php?page=ftp_status on ftp3 is a bit long at the mo. We had a server upload the contents of a big drive to ftp3 using a very good internet connection. This was a bit of a mishap from our part, usually we start a dedicated virtual server for these little events, but not this time.

Sorry about this. If you want to not end up on "please hold, there are just 713 files before you in the queue", please use ftp1 for the time being.

Can I buy that Internet connection from you when you're done with it? Mine is down to about 130kb/s.

The comma was in the right place, but there was an extra zero. There were "only" 1,100 files at the time. Damn notebook keypads.

Have you site mailed Marcus or anyone at Pond5?
Traced the mail? I hope you sent by UPS or some other carrier with a tracking number to see if it actually got to Pond5.

Well hopefully you've taken the proper steps to contact members of Pond5, since they are very helpful with troubleshooting issues. If there has been a 6 month delay I'm sure the DVD got lost in the mail, so I would contact the staff and make sure they received it before you draw any conclusions. Sorry the uploading process has been so challenging, I hope you figure out a solution soon.
