Why Pond 5 ftp is never working perfectly

I never tried changing the names, I just change settings in Filezilla to only allow one file to upload at a time. Pain in the rear but never fails.... You can put as many files as you want in the queue, as long as it only processes 1 at a time. Slow, but you can load them all into the queue and walk away, come back in a day and all done...……

At least two of every 15 clips uploaded fail to process. NO other agency has these errors or problems. Please ... please have developers fix this issue. Very expensive and time consuming.

That number is pretty accurate. Uploaded 10 last night 2 failed.
The other day I uploaded 5 and one didn't even show up in the queue. I had to re-upload it.

Also, the model release isn't fixed yet. I accidentally attached the wrong release and used to be able to delete it. Now you can't. The option is to delete the video and re-upload.
That is very time consuming.

Uploaded 10 + a model release overnight Sunday without a problem and tagged the clips Monday morning.

Try deleting that model release.

fixing things that are not broke again.

2 out of 8 failed processing, no issue anywhere else. Really ... really ... 4K files are expensive to upload to have so many fail. Any answers?

Still got this issue. Uploading a batch, some don't process and I need to reupload and rename the files :( (otherwise it says duplicate) Will this problem ever being solved? (I think this problem is there now more than a year)

Because it is man made. From time to time I get the same problems. Do you have a high or low speed internet connection?
