3D stereoscopic

Any thoughts on the best way to present stereoscopic 3D?

Some artists are putting anaglyph followed by left eye and then right eye which is:

a) good because the anaglyph gives buyers a chance to get a sense of the 3D and

b) bad because clips can't be more than one minute or 3 x 20 seconds - or are Pond5 flexible on that?

I've been putting the left eye side by side left eye on right and right eye on left.

This is:
a) good because it shows that the two eyes are in perfect sync (Quicktime can sometimes drift.)

b) good because anyone who can achieve stereopsis (crossing your eyes to make a third image out of two) can see the 3D without glasses. This has become second nature to me.

c) good because some stereo 3D displays use exactly that side by side format and decode it to suit their own 3D display system.

d) bad because it results in a tiny moving preview anim although buyers can download a full frame to try out the 3D that way.

e) bad because the shot gets classified as multimedia even though the frames may be two 1080P or 720P shots side by side.

Any thoughts?
