Music File Names?

Hey All! Im new to Pond5 and had a question about uploading as the info on the specifications isnt all to great.

1. It says no spaces or dashes allowed, so how do you title your file names? Any way I try just looks ugly without spaces.
2. When doing multiple versions, I have the track ID but on their page it has 2 numbers "1234567:1234577"
not sure where the 2nd comes from
3. My tracks are saying "needs edits" under the status, is this normal to stick around? Ive filled out all the info

1. I use spaces on all my track names, but I don’t use any other characters and they’ve all been fine.

2. Multiple versions - Load all your songs separately, then once they are accepted, send an email as per the procedure. Each version has its own number, the example given, shows how you would link 2 versions, if you have more you would list each version number separated by a colon. I’ve done this and it’s worked well with a prompt response.

3. Needs edits - Must be a field missing , I made this mistake when I first uploaded, can’t remember which field though.
