We can use a DropBox plugin here at Pond5

Upload can be made easy with a DropBox plugin. It is kinda worry free upload. I wish Pond5 could develope a DropBox plugin.

I use Dropbox to transfer files to customers but I don't know how that would work better than FTP for uploading to any site.

Well, some sites already have DropBox plugin, I think IS is one of them. DropBox is much more stable and precise than your average FTP program. No more partial uploads or multiple uploads of the same file.
