About licensing and exclusivity

Hello. I am new here and planning sell some animated videos. About licensing.
Does the individual license allow the buyer to use the video in unlimited projects for lifetime or in one end product?
Can i become non-exclusive from exclusive author after a while if sales are low and start selling in others market?

I think that they can use the clips as many times as they want provided that they obey the license terms the clip was bought with. Also you have to wait half a year to to become non exclusive, you just tell them and then you wait 6 months before you can start selling elsewhere.
