No more sales' emails?

I just noticed I made 12 sales on June 10. After two days still no email notification. Did Pond5 stop sending notifications?

Check your spam and/or promotion folders. It has happened to me in the past.

It must be a recent thing as I received a sales email for 8th June but not for yesterday’s, the 11th.

I to didn't get one for the 10th that were all GPP but I got one yesterday for individual sales.

I have also noticed that I seem to miss the e-mail. Last one from June 1st for seven sales - custom licences and individual licence - but not for a GPP sale June 10th. I have set up an easy way to enter the recent sales instead. BTW, I am not certain what the GPP stands for - I have tried to find out in the various licence types, but cannot find anything?

PS: Have found out that the GPP is a sale through the Global Partner Program.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! There was a bug with email notifications, and we're working to fix this so you get notified for all sales (marketplace and GPP) going forward, as long as you have that set in your preferences. You can check here: https://www.pond5.com/my-preferences. Look for the "notifications of your sales" box and make sure it's checked!
