Contributor's account deletion

Hello, ladies and gentlemen.

I had been a contributor since 2014.
One bad thing happened to me last week.

On 12th of April I received a message from Pond5 Support that there is a suspicion that one of my work is not my original work. The item mentioned in this email was uploaded on about 2015. And of course it was mine, I've never neither stolen someone's work nor tried to do any illegal things. This is simple 3D animation with rotating silver/gold Earth globe, without any countries/cities labels, borders, etc. There is just nothing to steal that can be used when creating this work.

I replied on 13th of April providing two screenshots of my desktop with my scene opened in 3DS MAX.

Then I hadn't got any responses.

I wrote one more email as a reply for that ticket on 14th of April, but again - no response.

On 15th of April I've encountered that my account was deleted.

I'm really frustrated and disappointed since I am "guilty without guilt".

What do I have to do in this situation?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for sharing, this is concerning to hear since we spend a lot of time building these portfolios. Hopefully this is not a common thing..? Sounds strange that they did not respond to you, as my experience with Pond5 support is the opposite.

kreakong, absolutely agree with you. So, not getting any responses was very odd for me. Maybe my emails have got into Junk mailbox of Pond5 Support.

I would really like to get a response from Pond5 to understand what has happened and to have an ability to prove my guiltlessness.

Thanks for notifying us about this. Can you email support@pond5.com once more? I do not see any messages in our system from your account or the email associated with it. Please include the original Pond5 message as well as your screenshots, and we'll be happy to take a look.

If you have another Pond5 account, please include that information as well.

since my contributor's account has been deleted, I was forced to register with another email just to have an ability to write here.

I hope you don't mind if I send two letters from different emails (original deleted and this one).

Ryan, I have just sent two emails to support@pond5.com with subject "for Ryan - regarding deleted account".

I hope my emails won't get into Spam/Junk mailbox.
