License Question

Hello everyone,

I'm new to Pond5 & had a few questions. I hope I'm in the right section since it has to do with Audio & that it's not a duplicate :)
My interest in Pond5 Audio at this stage is in buying & using sound effects. I was wondering about a sound effect I'm thinking of buying.
I am currently developing a mobile app I plan on selling.
Would it be within the site's license agreement to buy a sound effect & use a portion of it in my app?
I know I can probably find the answer somewhere in the license agreement page but I thought I'd ask anyway :)

I would say yes, because your incorporating it into your app. I have had tons of developers use my music for mobile apps, you should be fine.
