Sellers abroad

Hello! I'm a photographer from Bulgaria and I was wondering if there are any limitation about where sellers come from. Is there a tax form with an ITIN to be filled in like in other stock agencies? Any other requirements?

As far as i'm informed, there is no tax or limitation.

I think if you sell over a certain $$ amount, they send you a tax form...because after all, the government is right out there with you in the freezing cold and balancing on the edge of a cliff while shooting, to earn that money too.
