Does anyone know how I can get in direct contact with a creator?

I just spent a ton of money on their clips and I was hoping to contact them to have them make me something custom but I can't seem to find them anywhere else on the internet.

The homepage of the creator you bought the clips from will probably also have some contact links. Often there are the links such as instagram, facebook and youtube. Otherwise, the Pond5 customer support: support@pond5.com can probably help you further

You can send a direct message from P5 to the contributor. For this go to Dashboard:
1) You will find access to your Dashboard in up right corner of P5 page. In the Dashboard menu you will find the topics: Dashboard / account / financials / uploads /downloads /messages / referrals. Click in Messages to get access to it.
2) In Message page click in "Compose" and you are good to go.
Pond5 will deliver your message to P5 message box and to its registered account email too. As far as i recall this was how it worked for me with some clients. Nevertheless contact P5 support team at support@pond5.com they are usually fast in responding to your queries.
