Whats going on with item page views

I have noticed my artist page views have remained quite constant but since the 20/04/24 no item page views are showing in stats. Not sure if they have actually stopped or if it just a Pond5 glitch. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me.

Mine too, JohnBrophy. And only one sale so far this financial month.

If others are experiencing this, it sounds like a technical issue with the site. Do they monitor these posts to detect problems. Hopefully they will sort it out soon but if they dont, I will be emailing them.

I just viewed your pope John Paul clip, so you should see at least one item page view in your stats after 24 hours if things are working properly.

PS. Just played 5 of your tracks. So if working you should see an increase on page views soon

Thanks, just checked this morning and it is now showing 5 item page views. So it does seem to be working now but very strange that there was nothing since 20/04/24 till your views, when I usually get one to three views per day.
