Preview video player gone, and communicating with Pond5

I just noticed you no longer have a video preview player, when tagging clips. Why did you take it away Pond5? It is useful, especially when you upload and tag at a later date.
And when you CONTACT Pond5, how come it is not possible? I just get a lot of things to click on to read to see if it covers my question. It does not. Maybe we should have a forum thread where we all send questions so all contributors can read, in case others have similar problems.
Lastly, what's going on with sales here? You are taking a larger cut of the pie (%) but useless at selling from my recent income. The old Pond5 were so easy to communicate with, and sales were ten times more than now, even though my two collections here and my exclusive, have increased in size.
