Do I need property release if I shoot animals in a nature reserve?

Why make it more complex as neccescary? So long there's no note as "Photogrphy forbidden!" you may do with the photo or video what ever you want. We don't become rich with our some selling clips here ;)

Sure… sometimes the national parks want to charge smaller crews the same as a commercial huge crew… we usually write a request and they help us out.
All of our wildlife shots have been filmed with permission. In other words we have paid the managing organizations like SANParks, CapeNature and Ezemvelo KZNWildlife to film in their reserves and national parks.
You know… these places keep our wildlife heritage intact so that's why we feel justified in paying the governing bodies to film in these pristine wildlife preserves. Karma. Yes of course!

Cheers,
Susan.

Not sure what you're implying with us not having a model release attached… we don't attach the filming permits/location releases b/c P5 don't require them like they do for model released work.
All of our wildlife clips clearly state that we have filmed with permission and that interested parties can contact us for a copy of the release:
